Portals disagree about them — on seats, on ownership, even on which town they are in — so this table uses NMC’s 2026-27 seat matrix for every college’s type and seat count, and says plainly where a fee could not be verified. Several portal claims are wrong: Adesh has 250 seats, not 150; Al-Azhar has 250; Tantia has 250; Bhagyoday (Kadi) is private, not government.

Why we do not print portal fees
For the colleges above without a linked guide, the only fee figures we could find came from education portals, and those portals disagreed with each other: the same college was quoted at different amounts, seat counts were out of date, and at least one page called a private trust college “government”. A fee is only true for the cycle and quota it was notified for. The reliable sources are the state’s fee regulatory order or counselling prospectus, and the college’s own signed fee schedule, both read against your allotment letter.

- Find its row in the NMC matrix. Not there, or the seats do not match what you are told: stop.
- See the seat appear against your roll number on the counselling portal.
- Pay only the amount on the allotment letter, to the account it names.

Frequently asked questions
Is Bhagyoday Medical College, Kadi a government college?
No. NMC lists Bhagyoday Medical College as a private college with 100 seats, and its own site names the Kadi Taluka Public Charitable Trust as its owner. It is a different institution from Bhagyoday Tirth in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
How many seats do RDJM, Tantia and Al-Azhar have?
RDJM Muzaffarpur has 200, Dr. S.S. Tantia Medical College has 250 and Al-Azhar Medical College, Thodupuzha has 250, per NMC’s 2026-27 matrix. Some portals still show 150 for the last two.
Where is RSS Medical College?
NMC lists it as a new private college with 50 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Portals disagree on the town, so confirm the address with the college and the counselling authority before you visit or pay.
Where can I find the real fee for a private medical college?
In the state fee regulatory order or counselling prospectus, and in the college’s signed fee schedule, checked against your allotment letter. Education portals often show outdated or conflicting figures.
