In short
Haryana’s UHSR Rohtak has opened a special stray round for MBBS (with a 5th round for BDS) in NEET UG 2026 state counselling. Under its notice dated 3 November 2026, registration and choice locking run from 3 November to 11:59 PM on 7 November, provisional allotment is on 10 November, tuition fee must be paid by 5 PM on 14 November, document verification is at Rohtak on 15 November and joining closes at 4 PM on 16 November. The deposit is ₹10,000 for government seats and ₹5,00,000 to include private colleges.
Updated 3 November 2026. The Haryana dates, deposits and eligibility are from UHSR’s public notice No. UHSR/Acad/A-III/2026/10109 dated 3 November 2026, which we opened on uhsrugcounselling.com, and they match KollegeApply (3 November 2026). UHSR calls the schedule “tentative” and does not give a seat count. The other states’ rounds below are from Medical Dialogues and KollegeApply (2–3 November 2026); we did not open those states’ own notices, so they are marked “as reported”. Check uhsrugcounselling.com before you pay.

- Not eligible: anyone allotted a seat in Round 3 or the state stray round, and anyone who has joined any seat up to the stray round.
