In short
Haryana’s NEET UG 2026 stray round allotment came out on 21 October. If you have a seat, pay the tuition fee online by 8 PM on 23 October, attend physical document verification on 24 October and join the college by 4 PM on 26 October. Only candidates who registered afresh between 17 and 19 October were in this round, and the allotment is the last state round for MBBS and BDS. Download your allotment letter from uhsrugcounselling.com and check the notice before paying.
Updated 21 October 2026. The schedule is from MedAdmit (21 October), FindMyCollege (17 October) and EduAdvice (19 October), which agree on every date below; EduProspect and Shiksha (both 21 October) report the result as released. The objection window is reported only by MedAdmit. None of these reports gives tuition amounts or an official count of vacant seats, and we could not open the board’s allotment PDF or seat matrix, so check uhsrugcounselling.com before you pay.
Haryana stray round dates at a glance
| Step | Date (2026) |
|---|---|
| Fresh registration, editing and choice filling | 17–19 October (choices locked by 11:59 PM on 19 October) |
| Provisional seat allotment | 21 October |
| Objections to the provisional list | Until 1:30 PM, 21 October (as reported by MedAdmit) |
| Online tuition fee payment | 21–23 October, until 8 PM |
| Physical document verification | 24 October |
| Last date to join the allotted college | 26 October, until 4 PM |
MedAdmit reports that the board publishes the final allotment list after the objection window. EduAdvice and EduProspect place the list on 21 October itself. Either way, the fee deadline of 23 October is the one that matters now. EduAdvice’s own text gives 10 PM on 19 October as the choice-locking time while its table says 11:59 PM; that window has closed, so it no longer changes anything.
Who was in this round
FindMyCollege reports that all NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates could apply, but fresh registration was mandatory. MedAdmit reports that the allotment covers only candidates who completed that fresh registration on 17–19 October. EduAdvice adds that candidates without admission after Rounds 1, 2 and 3 used their existing login IDs to opt in.
If you missed the 17–19 October window, this round is closed to you. Look at rounds that are still open: our MP stray round guide (choices close 22 October) and the list of official state portals.
Seats and colleges
FindMyCollege reports that the round covers government, government-aided and private colleges in Haryana and primarily the 85% state quota, and it names Al-Falah University among the institutions taking part. EduAdvice reports that the stray round would fill 103 seats, but says the official schedule does not confirm that number, so treat it as unverified. The board’s tentative vacant seat matrix for the stray round is dated 17 October 2026, as reported by EduAdvice. It is the document that lists what was actually on offer.
For college-level fees, see our pages on Al-Falah Medical College fees and Adesh Medical College, Kurukshetra, and the wider Haryana private MBBS counselling guide. Fee figures on those pages are from earlier notices; the amount on your allotment letter is the one to pay.
Documents for verification on 24 October
As reported by FindMyCollege, carry originals and copies of:
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and mark sheets
- Haryana domicile certificate, for state-quota seats
- Category certificate; for BC-A and BC-B, a creamy or non-creamy layer certificate issued after 1 April 2026
- For EWS, a current income and asset certificate
- The allotment letter and the online fee receipt
Before you pay the fee
This is the final state round, so there is no later round to move to. Before paying, check three things: that the college and course on the letter are what you chose, that the fee matches the college’s published fee for 2026–27, and that the college appears in the NMC list of recognised colleges for this session. Our college verification checklist shows how. Pay only through the counselling portal or the college’s official account named in the notice. No agent can add or change a stray-round seat.
If you also took part in MCC’s stray round, compare both allotments before joining either. Medical Dialogues and Aakash report that MCC’s stray-round result came out on 19 October, with reporting to 26 October; our MCC stray round page has the details. Joining one seat can rule you out of the other, and a joined seat may not be released before the admission deadline. Read the refund and exit rules first.
