AYUSH Counselling 2026: Round 3 Result Out, Stray Round 3 Nov

In short

AACCC has published the AYUSH UG 2026 Round 3 result; its portal now shows the “final result of AACCC UG R-3”. Allotted candidates must report to their college by 29 October (reporting window 24–29 October), with joined-candidate verification on 30–31 October. If you have no seat, the next step is Stray Round I: registration and payment 3–9 November, choices 4–9 November, result 12 November, reporting 13–18 November. Stray Round II has no fresh registration; its result is due on 24 November. The rounds cover BAMS, BUMS, BSMS and BHMS seats.

Updated 27 October 2026. The Round 3 result and the 24–29 October reporting window are confirmed by KollegeApply (23 October), EduProspect (23 October) and FreeJobAlert (23 October); FreeJobAlert notes that AACCC’s provisional result notice is dated 22 October, a day before the scheduled date. FindMyCollege (22 October) gives a 23–30 October reporting window instead; go by the dates on your allotment letter. On 27 October we opened aaccc.gov.in, which lists the “Final result of AACCC UG R-3” as uploaded. Stray round dates are from AACCC’s 2026 schedule as reported by Careers360 (updated 15 October) and Medical Dialogues (6 October). Fee and deposit amounts are as reported by Careers360 only. Check the AACCC notice before you pay.

Which seats AACCC fills

As Careers360 reports, AACCC counsels 15% All India Quota seats in government and government-aided AYUSH colleges, and 100% of UG seats in central universities, national institutes and deemed universities. Medical Dialogues adds that the stray rounds cover government, government-aided, central university, national institute and deemed university seats. State-quota AYUSH seats are filled by state counselling bodies on their own calendars.

Jamia Hamdard’s BUMS seats, for example, come through AACCC. Our Jamia Hamdard BUMS page lists the university’s own fee schedule.

Fees and security deposit

As reported by Careers360. The registration fee is not refunded; the security deposit is refundable if you follow AACCC’s rules.

Seat type Registration fee Security deposit
AIQ government, government-aided, central university or national institute — UR/EWS/OBC-NCL ₹1,000 ₹20,000
The same seats — SC/ST/PwBD ₹500 ₹20,000
Deemed university (all categories) ₹5,000 ₹50,000

Tuition is separate and is paid to the college. Deemed AYUSH fees vary a great deal, so read the college’s fee sheet before you lock it. Our hidden costs guide lists charges that a fee sheet often leaves out, and the same questions apply to AYUSH colleges.

Round 3 versus the stray rounds

  • Round 3 registration has closed. Its result is out and only reporting remains.
  • Stray Round I needs its own registration from 3 to 9 November, as both reports show.
  • Stray Round II has no registration or choice filling. Medical Dialogues reports that Stray Round I choices are used again.
  • Treat any stray seat as join-or-forfeit. Read AACCC’s exit and forfeiture rules before you lock a choice. Our refund and exit rules explain how this works in MCC counselling; AACCC’s bulletin decides for AYUSH.

If you are also in MBBS counselling, MCC’s MBBS stray round reporting ended on 26 October, and reports say 837 MBBS seats were still vacant after it (vacant MBBS seats after the stray round). State AYUSH rounds run on their own calendars; check your state portal from our official state portals list. Joining one seat can make you ineligible for another.

What to do in the next 14 days

  1. Allotted in Round 3? Report to the college with original documents by 29 October and keep every receipt.
  2. No seat? Put 3–9 November in your calendar for Stray Round I registration and payment; choice filling runs from 4 to 9 November.
  3. Build a short list now. Include only colleges you would join and can afford for the full course. Check each college with our verification checklist.
  4. Check the AACCC portal around 1–2 November, when the stray seat matrix is due to be verified.
  5. Watch for the Stray Round I result on 12 November and report between 13 and 18 November.
