Al-Falah Medical College, Faridabad: MBBS Fees & Status (2026)

In short

The Al-Falah School of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Faridabad, is in NMC’s 2026-27 seat matrix as a private college with 200 MBBS seats. The fee published in Haryana’s gazette for the 2024-25 session is ₹16,37,500 a year for the first four years and ₹9,00,000 for year five (about ₹74.5 lakh in total). Before you choose it, know that since March 2026 the state government has run the parent university through an appointed administrator, and that there are pending court matters. Neither is an NMC action against the medical college, but both are reasons to get every promise in writing.

The gazette figure is for 2024-25. We could not find a 2026-27 fee schedule for Al-Falah, and no separate management-quota or hostel fee. Ask the college and Haryana DMER for the current schedule. Our directory listing has been aligned to the gazette figure.

What has happened to the university, with dates

These are reported facts, listed so you can weigh them; they are not a judgement on the students or teachers at the medical college.

  • 13 November 2025: the Association of Indian Universities suspended Al-Falah University’s membership, citing media reports after individuals linked to the university came under investigation following the 10 November Delhi blast (National Herald).
  • 13 November 2025: NAAC issued a show-cause notice saying the university was neither accredited nor had applied for accreditation, yet displayed NAAC grades for its colleges (All India Radio). This concerns the accreditation claims, not NMC recognition of the MBBS course.
  • March 2026: the Haryana government took over the university and appointed an IAS officer as administrator, citing statutory and financial irregularities; reports said teaching would continue for roughly 1,700 students (The Tribune).
  • Court matters: the university has litigation pending in the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and reports also mention a note on Haryana’s revised seat matrix that the Al-Falah seat count is subject to a court case. We could not open that DMER document, so check it yourself.

What we did not find: any NMC order withdrawing or suspending the MBBS course, and the college is in NMC’s 1 September 2026 matrix with its full 200 seats. We also could not find the current NAAC or AIU status after the November 2025 notices, so we do not describe either as current.

If you are considering it

  1. Read the row in the NMC matrix and the latest Haryana DMER seat matrix before each round; the seat count is the number that counts.
  2. Get the current fee schedule, refund policy and hostel charges in writing from the college, not from an agent.
  3. Ask what happens to your seat if court or regulatory orders change the position mid-course, and get the answer in writing.
  4. Keep other colleges on your choice list. A seat with an uncertain institution is a reason to fill choices widely, not narrowly.
