Frequently asked questions
Is this a paid consultancy or agent service?
No. We don't sell seats, take a commission from any college, or promise a "guaranteed" admission. This directory is ad-supported and every fee, cutoff and rule on it is sourced from NMC, MCC and state counselling board publications — check the sources on any college page.
Do you charge for the college shortlist or the call?
No. The shortlist and the counsellor call are free. We never ask for payment to "process" your enquiry — nobody legitimate does, because every real MBBS seat is allotted through official online counselling, not through a middleman.
What if my NEET score is very low?
Below the qualifying percentile, no college at any fee can admit you — that is an NMC rule, not a sales limitation. Above the qualifying percentile, scores from roughly 130 marks upward reach real seats through deemed-university counselling and open-state private counselling, particularly in the later rounds. Enter your score above to see where it lands.
What happens to my phone number and NEET score after I submit?
It is used only to call you back about this enquiry, is never sold, and is deleted automatically after 24 months. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time.
An agent promised me a "guaranteed" seat for a fee — is that real?
No. Every MBBS seat in India is allotted through centralised online merit counselling run by MCC or the state counselling authority. A seat offered outside that process is not enforceable, and NMC rules allow it to be cancelled even after the family has paid.
Why trust the figures on this page
- Cutoffs and fees are compiled from NMC, MCC and state counselling authority publications, re-checked every cycle — not estimates written to sound reassuring.
- Every college page lists its sources and an error-correction process — found something wrong, tell us and we publish the fix.
- No admission on this site happens off-portal. All MBBS seats are allotted through MCC or state counselling on NEET merit; a payment outside that process buys nothing enforceable.
- Your enquiry is answered by a counsellor, not routed to the highest-paying college — see our editorial policy.
Sources and how to verify this page
Cutoffs and fees on this page are compiled estimates for the 2026 cycle, not official figures. Every claim about eligibility, counselling process and legality can be checked against the primary sources below, and you should check them before acting.
- National Medical Commission — recognised colleges and seat matrix
- Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) — deemed and all-India quota
- National Testing Agency — NEET-UG results and percentiles
- UP DGME — Uttar Pradesh private MBBS counselling
- BCECEB — Bihar private MBBS counselling
